Requirements:

– Experience Skills and Qualifications

•
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Security Domain
•
Primary skills for Checkpoint and Fortinet
•
Demonstrated experience with Firewalls, Proxies, and Routing/Switching
•
Demonstrated experience with VPN technologies and troubleshooting techniques
•
Excellent diagnostic / troubleshooting skills
•
Excellent understanding of application layer protocols like HTTPS, SFTP, SSH etc.
•
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Routing & Switching Concepts
•
Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
•
Comfortable and proficient working in a role that interfaces with multiple cultures and time zones
•
Be the technical SME for security device and security service management
•
Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern

Responsibilities:

– As a Senior Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
•
Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers
•
Work as an integral part of a global team delivering high-value Managed Security Services (MSS)
•
Be a Technical point of contact for customer escalations
•
Monitor customer devices and services to quickly identify, escalate and resolve incidents
•
Understanding of ITIL process (Incidents, Change Requests and Problem tickets)
•
Be the technical SME for security device and security service management
•
Other Basic Security duties – firewall health checks, Backup of configuration, Log retention etc
