Als IT-Dienstleister betreuen wir als internationales Team, bestehend aus ca. 200 Mitarbeiter*innen, derzeit von 4 Standorten aus, die IT-Infrastruktur und führen wegweisende IT-Projekte mit Beratungs- und Implementierungsleistungen durch. We are looking for reinforcement at the earliest possible date Cloud System Administrator – IT Support / Lambda / JSON / Git (m/w/d).

What can you expect?

• You ensure daily operations such as system monitoring, installation, ticket resolution and escalation according to the service levels agreements
• You identify root causes of tickets and provide a resolution, in collaboration with other support teams
• You define and write procedures
• You are responsible for ongoing documentation and inventory of equipment
• You manage and ensure security access
• You develop automatic processes whenwhere available

What should you bring along?

• You have a degree in Computer Science or training as IT specialist or similar
• You already gained significant experience in system and server administration (Linux (SUSE), Windows (2016, 2019))
• You score good experience in network administration (security groups, ENI)
• You have a strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, System manager, certificate manager, FSX, AWS Backup, EC2 image builder, code pipeline)
• You have good knowledge of YAML, JSON, Cloud formation, GIT
• You show analytical and logical competence and problem-solving skills
• You are a well-organized person who can multitask, work independently, and the ability to prioritize work under pressure
• You bring along motivation to work within an international team with the willingness to travel from time to time 
• You have the ability to participate in the system check and on call rotation 
• You are fluent in German and English
